✅ Eligible Returns

You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • The product is not marked as final sale or clearance

🔁 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer a free exchange on your first request. Contact our support team to arrange a fast and easy swap.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@glovesevo.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the courier

  • Final sale or clearance items
